What do we need to prepare for the first call?

Nothing. A short description of where things get stuck is enough. We clarify everything else in the call and during the on-site visit.

Our equipment is very old. Will this still work?

Often, yes. Older machines and computers are what we like working on most. Whether and how we can get to the data is something we check during the free on-site visit.

Which interfaces and systems do you work with?

We connect equipment via common interfaces such as OPC UA, Siemens S7, Modbus or MQTT. We also work with old Windows PCs, Access and Excel tools, SQL databases and file exports like CSV or XML. The data goes to dashboards or the cloud, for example Azure or AWS.

We are not a manufacturer. Is AI automation still relevant for us?

Yes. Orders, quotes, planning and documentation exist in almost every company. What matters is that a task comes up again and again.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope. After the on-site visit you get a quote with a clear price. Costs only arise once you accept it.
